The service

MAYDAN plans shifts, guides field work through checklists and photo evidence, and produces audit-ready reports of what happened. It is built offline-first: field work continues with zero connectivity and syncs exactly once when the phone finds a network.

Engagements and plans

Every engagement starts as a guided pilot: we set up your clients, sites, and crews with you, and you have full feature access from day one. Plans are yearly. Current prices are launch pricing and may change before general availability; the price agreed for a running engagement does not change under it.

The app shows each workspace exactly what its plan allows. If your usage outgrows your plan, that is a conversation about the right plan, not a switch we flip.

Accounts and roles

A workspace is administered by the subscribing company: it invites people, assigns roles, and decides what data is entered. Everyone with an account is responsible for keeping their own sign-in credentials to themselves.

Your data stays yours

The data a company enters and the evidence its crews capture belong to that company. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else. Attendance and task history is never overwritten and is never deleted merely because a plan changes, including when an engagement ends.

Acceptable use

Use MAYDAN lawfully and only for your own workspace. Do not attempt to access another company's data, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent evidence. We may suspend access that puts other customers' data at risk, and we will say why.

Availability and changes

MAYDAN is actively developed and the service will keep changing. We work to keep it reliable and honest about its own state; we do not publish availability commitments yet, and none should be inferred from these pages.

Liability

During the pilot phase, liability terms are set in the written agreement each engagement starts with. The reviewed terms of service will state them here before general availability.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement as the written agreement provides. Your evidence remains yours, and history is never deleted merely because a plan changes; talk to us and we will agree the wind-down with you.
